I could not get to the hotel because a 5k run had all the roads closed between 5:30 and 9:00 pm on Friday December 5. The hotel emailed me about my upcoming stay and there was no warning about the closures

Everything was beautiful, the balcony view of the Christmas lights was amazing.

Lovely property right on Riverwalk. Loved all the decorations for Christmas and one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Room on 8th floor and nicely updated.

I hadn't stayed there in years. I'm so happy I came back. The staff was amazing, beginning with Michael at vallet, and then everyone else was just as wonderful. Beautiful decor and right in the heart of riverwalk. My stay surpassed my expectations. Thank you
